Italy will see another two days of
wintry conditions that have brought temperatures down by as much
as 25 degrees but Liberation Day on Thursday will bring a return
of spring-like weather, forecaster Lorenzo Tedici said Tuesday.
"We'll live another two days of winter but then for the April 25
long weekend we''l get another taste of Spring, with the
exception of the northwestern regions which will be hit by a
fresh storm front," said Tedici, a meteorologist at
'iLMeteo.it'.
He said the balmy weather should continue into the May 1 Labour
Day holiday and beyond.
